Surgical Procedures cost
We understand the price of cosmetic surgery can be a crucial deciding factor for many patients. However there is no one procedure that fits all. Everyone is different and everyone’s surgery is individual. We provide an ‘indicative’ cost for the procedure here but the exact cost will be confirmed soon after the Consultation – once we have had a chance to discuss the correct procedure that suits you.
Our aim and philosophy is to be the best and provide a very high standard of care, not just to be the cheapest provider. The cost, usually includes the Hospital fee, Surgeon and anaesthetic fee as well as follow up care.
For an accurate quote for your individual case we invite you to have a consultation with Dr Jeyaram Srinivasan . There will be a separate, single Consultation fee (between £100 to 175) but you can then meet the Consultant, free of charge, to clarify any doubts before procedure. For indicative / guide prices, please call Susan on 07910 840 320 or email your query to email@example.com.

Life Enhancing Change – JS’s Outlook
” People commonly think of Plastic surgery or Cosmetic Surgery as a vanity. However, it has the potential to change people’s outlook about themself in a positive manner. That leads to a liberation and encourages them to lead a fulfilling life – feeling good about their own self. “
Frequently Asked Questions
A New Consultation typically takes about 30 minutes. This is allowing me to listen to your concerns and have a chance to examine the problem area in detail. I will then be able to give my professional advise about your query in a way that is understandable and helpful. This is a 2 way conversation – allowing you to ask any of your queries too. In many cases, you may need to attend for a 2nd consultation – perhaps, for a further 15 minutes to 30 minutes depending on your need for information.
I operate in reputed private Hospitals in the North west region – Blackburn and Preston. These are CQC (Care Quality Commission) Certified and have facilities for any urgent post operative care with sufficient number of nurses and duty doctor being available.
You will be given necessary medications for pain relief and antibiotics, as needed at the time of your discharge. You will be seen in the dressing clinic in the hospital where you were operated for your wound check about 5 to 10 days after surgery. You will be seen in the clinic by the surgeon about 2 to 3 weeks after surgery and again about 6 to 8 weeks afterwards. Any urgent need for dressings or care would be managed anytime.
Some cosmetic surgery procedures such as facial surgery / eyelid surgery may have a very short recovery period. Others, such as Breast reduction or ‘tummy tuck’ may take some weeks before one can feel able to resume normal activities. It is best to take the advise from your surgeon on this matter.
You will meet Dr J Srinivasan in all stages of your procedure. He will see you personally for the Consultation; follow up discussions and before the procedure. You will then be seen in the follow up clinic after 2 to 3 weeks and again after 6 to 8 weeks. In some cases, Dr Srinivasan may see you more frequently, as needed.
Every patient is carefully assessed and offered the most suitable and personalised treatment. The ‘indicative’ costs for many procedures are given in the web site. Once the professional assessment is completed and the procedure has been agreed between the patient and Dr Srinivasan, the Private Hospital would then send a Full package price. This will include the Hospital fee, the surgeon and anaesthetic fee.
While any complications from the operations for upto 6 months are covered in the ‘Package price’, further reoperations based on patient’s expectation alone may attract additional fees from the Hospital, the anaesthetist and occasionally, from the surgeon.
This is a very practical question! I typically will request my patients to wait 3 to 4 weeks following surgery before bra shopping begins. This is to ensure a majority of the swelling has subsided. Swelling may be present at this point, although not enough to really alter your new bra size when shopping. I encourage my patients to take their time and really enjoy the process as it is not uncommon to find not only your size has changed but also the style of bra you enjoy wearing as well!
